Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item, for products in their original, unused condition.

How to return: Returns are sent by mail. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days with photo or video evidence. We will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or free replacement.

Refunds: Once your return is received and verified, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges: Exchanges are offered for damaged or incorrect items only.
