How long does delivery take?

- United States & Canada: 8–16 days

How do I charge my lamp?
All Sable & Oak lamps are rechargeable via the included USB cable. A full charge typically takes 2–3 hours and provides several hours of continuous use depending on brightness setting.
How long does the battery last?
Battery life varies by model and brightness level, but most lamps provide 4–8 hours of use on a full charge. Specific details are listed on each product page.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us via our Contact page to initiate a return.
My lamp arrived damaged — what should I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number, and we'll make it right.
Can I use the lamps outdoors?
Our lamps are designed for indoor use and sheltered outdoor spaces such as covered terraces or balconies. We recommend keeping them away from direct rain or moisture.
